- JOFOC The USDA APHIS is anticipating a sole source award to Path Sensors for Canary Biosensors. The basis for this justification is included in the attached Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC). Path Sensors has exclusive licensing rights from MIT for the Canary Biosensor. Any interested parties capable of meeting the requirement should submit a statement of capability prior to 12:01pm CST 9/22/2016 by email to the contracting officer at Robert.J.Zeglin@aphis.usda.gov
