HEWITT, CONTRACTING OFFICER, CCAM-DPD, VIA email: laurie.a.hewitt.civ@mail.mil or carla.n.maxwell-crutcher.civ@mail.mil. No telephone requests will be accepted. The Army Contracting Command - Redstone Arsenal anticipates issuing a 5-year, firm-fixed price contract for an Aviation Technical Data Library at Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD), TX that will provide for commercial non-personal services for Aviation Library Support for aviation technical libraries, in paper and electronic media. This service shall include, but not limited to: pick-up and receiving publications, building automated cataloging, downloading technical publications, providing drawings and prints, post and update all changes and publications, establish new publications, remove and destroy obsolete or rescinded publications, make any distributions required, maintain all electronic libraries, databases and catalogs. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. This item is a Small Business (8a) competitive action. The solicitation will not be issued prior to the response date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
