- This is a notice of intent to award Single Source Firm Fixed Price contract to BeaverFit located at Incline Village, Nevada. under the basis of authority of FAR 6.302-1 for 40' outdoor training rig for the United States Marine Corps. This custom 40' outdoor training rig is equiped with 8 Olympic Lifting stations, hot-dipped galvanized and powder-coated. This rig is guaranteed to withstand outdoor climates and also come with all associated Olympic Lifting equipment. A determination has been made by the Government to use other than full and open competition for this acquisition. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all vendor capabilities received within 3 days after date of publication of this notice of intent. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
