Description

This is a Pre-solicitation Notice. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of any existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work as specified in the specifications and drawings for building a new Parking Garage with 222 spaces and have the option to Renovate/Expand Building 88 at the Boise VA Medical Center in Boise ID. Project Title: Parking Structure and Renovate/Expand B.88 Location: Boise VA Medical Center, Boise ID. Project Number: 531-322 Construction Cost Range: $5,000,000.00 - $10,000,000.00 This procurement is being set aside 100% SDVOSB. The applicable NAICS code is 236220 / 36.5mil size standard. Work will include, but is not limited to, selective demolition, general construction, mechanical, landscape, earth moving, soil nailing and electrical work. Contract completion time will be 540 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. The VA anticipates awarding a firm, fixed price contract. As authorized by FAR 5.102, solicitation dissemination is limited to electronic medium, and VA will provide no hard copies. The solicitation, consisting of various bid documents, specifications, forms, and drawings will be available for download at no charge at the FedBizOpps (FBO) website in the coming months. Bidders are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all bid documents and any amendments, and should re-visit the FBO website periodically to look for any updates. Further details of all dates and events will be available in the solicitation.
