- Government intends to award a Sole Source Purchase order to the small Business Hanover Research Council, LLC, for an annual research membership as they are the sole provider of the membership. The NAICS code is 561499 and the Small Business Standard is $7 Million. The Government will award a Small business sole Source firm fixed Priced Purchase order. Even though a Firm-Fixed Price/Sole Source Purchase order is anticipated, interested firms or persons may identify their interest and capability to the Contracting Officer, Mr. Joseph Almeida (401) 841-3688, Email: joseph.almeida@usnwc.edu.
