SF24 Bid Bond Wage Determination NY160002 O'Brien SSA Barrier Wall Construction Project Solicitation O'Brien SSA Barrier Wall Construction Agreement O'Brien SSA Barrier Wall Construction Rep & Certs Document Security Notice GSA Form 527 Contractor's Qualifications SF 1442 Solicitation Form LEO O'BRIEN SSA BARRIER WALL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT SOLICITATION The project consists of office/building renovations at the Leo O'Brien Federal Building, 1 Clinton Avenue, Albany, New York, 12207. The base project consists of, but is not limited to, renovate a portion of the fourth floor as well as areas on the sixth and eighth floors. There is an option (Option 1) that includes the installation of ductwork and VAV Boxes in specified locations. This solicitation will be a total Small Business Set Aside along with being the lowest price, firm fixed price contract. All eligible, interested parties must be registered in SAM and complete a Document Security Notice in order to receive the plans and specifications. The only site visit is scheduled at the Leo O'Brien Federal Building, 1 Clinton Avenue, Albany, New York 12207 on September 15, 2016 at 11:00 AM EST. All questions regarding the project are due on Wednesday, September 21st. GSA will attempt to answer the questions by Tuesday, September 27th. All proposals are due October 11, 2016 at 3:00 PM EST. No electronic submissions will be accepted.
