Description

Justification and Approvals (J&A) for Brand Name Only solicitation. Request for Quotation #HSFLGL-16-Q-00527 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. HSFLGL-16-Q-00527 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for one year subscription software license with maintenance for Carbon Black Enterprise Protect and Carbon Black Response as outlined in the attached RFQ. This is a Brand Name Only solicitation as supported by the attached Justifications and Approvals document. The attached solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. This is an unrestricted solicitation for full and open competition under NAICS 423430, Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers. Vendors must be authorized resellers of the products provided. Quotations are due by email submission to carl.massey@fletc.dhs.gov no later than 4:00 PM Eastern on September 21, 2016. Reference the RFQ number in the email subject line.
