- ATCH 1 - HSFLGL-16-R-00023, A000004 1. Amendment 000004 is hereby issued. 2. The following is a change incorporated in this amendment: a. Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0002, Scheduled Preventative & Unscheduled Maintenance, Quantity is changed to read from 11 months to 9 months. b. CLIN 0002, Period of Performance, is changed to read from 11/01/2016 to 09/30/2017; to 01/01/2017 to 09/30/2017. 3. Amendment 00004, Attachment 1, Updated Section B, is hereby incorporated: Remove and replace Section B, pages 1 thru 55, of the RFP. 4. Proposal due date is changed to read from September 12, 2016 at 4:00 P.M., ET to September 14, 2016 at 4:00 P.M., ET. 5. Offerors are reminded to acknowledge all Amendments by including a signed copy with proposal submission.
