Description

SCOPE OF WORK SOLICITATION 4.0 Project Scope: To purchase a modular walk-in freezer that will be assembled by USDA Facilities Maintenance Staff. 4.1 The unit shall be -10 Degrees F. 4.2 The unit shall have two interior lights 4 ft., LED, 39 watts, >33 amps, 120-277 VAC. With exterior light switch. 4.2 The Door shall be 48" x 78" RH hinged heavy duty door, with 3" dial thermometer, 3" pressure relief port, spring loaded cam-lift hinges, Handle with strike and safety release, Heavy duty stainless steel threshold. 4.3 The freezer shall have two refrigeration units, 208-230V/60/3 phase, Hood and low ambient kit, 13794 BTUH system capacity with mounted timer, sized for 100degees F. at condenser, Evaporator 208/230/60/1 R-404A, 14000 BTUH Evaporator capacity with defroster kit. 4.4 Provide roof support for interior use only. The floor system shall be able to support 5,000 PSF, The interior Walls shall be 26 Ga Acrylic Stucco Galvanized.
