- The General Services Administration (GSA}, Public Building Services (PBS}, Office of Acquisitions Management, Acquisition Services Division, Washington, DC 20405 intends to issue a sole source award to PotomacWave Consulting, 214 Prince Street, Alexandria, VA 22314, to improve the accuracy of data through the immediate delivery of FPDS validations to the contracting officer and contract specialist. Under the authority of FAR 6.302.1(a}(2}, when the supplies or services required by the Agency are available from only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy Agency requirement. The NAICS code 518210, Data processing, hosting, and related services. This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotations or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. Interested persons may identity their interest and capability by responding in writing with clear and convincing evidence to these services. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award is based upon the justification for only one source. Responses to this notice are solely within the discretion of the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by the above "Response Date" then a sole source award will be issued to PotomacWave Consulting. The anticipated award date is September 20, 2016.
