- Applicable Far Clauses DOL Wage Rates Statement of Work SF 1449 RFQ This combined synopsis/solicitation for services is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This synopsis/solicitation is being advertised as Small Business Set-Aside only. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is HSCG28-17-Q-7S1006. Applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) codes are: 561720 Janitorial Services, size in Millions ($18.0) This requirement is for a fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13 and part 15 The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate the proposals: 1. Technical Capability of the services offered to meet/exceed the Governments Requirements per the Attached Statements of Work. 2. Past Performance 3. Price of items offered to the Government Technical and past performance, when combined, is ___60%_______ When submitting your proposals, request a price breakdown of the following: a. Cost of labor and supervision for Janitorial services for 12 months Anticipated award date: 10 business days after close of solicitation, OOA 01 October 2016 Quotes are to be received no later than close of business (3 p.m.) on 23 September 2016. Wage determinations: 2005-2119 Rev no: 18, dated 12/29/2015 SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor is to provide all labor, supervision, materials and equipment needed for Janitorial Services at Coast Guard Sector Key West, Fl, per Attached SOW. Location: USCG Sector Key West 100 Trumbo Point Road Key West, Fl. 33040 Geographical range: Price Range: NTE $67K Performance Period: 01 October 2016 through 30 September 2017 The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision and any other supplies, materials and equipment necessary to perform the services required.
