- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office has issued a Request For Quotation for a firm fixed price commercial items services contract for rental equipment located at Hwy 95 and Bowden Ranch Road, ( Lat. 42.597089, Long. -117.872300), within the vicinity of Vale district area of responsibility. The performance period is from date of award through November 20, 2016. The NAICS code is 532412 and the small business size standard is $32.5 million.
