- This order was awarded to the Raytheon Company as both cost-plus-fixed-fee and cost reimbursement. Fixed-price was not selected for this effort as the operations covered in the performance based requirements can change for labor, material and travel needs. These changes cause an inability to accurately forecast costs. Work performed under this order shall include conducting Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Air Traffic, Navigation, Integration, and Coordination System (ATNAVICS) refurbishment and range extension. In addition, the Contractor shall provide programmatic, technical and engineering services for the NAVAIR ATNAVICS Fleet Support Team, in the effort to support the United States Marines Corps units utilizing the NAVAIR ATNAVICS.
