Description

SF 1449 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commericial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This annoucement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quote (RFQ) is for Advisory and Assistance Support Services (A&AS) as pertaining to specialized Legal Counsel in Reinsurance Policies required by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Office of Chief Counsel (OCC) located in Washington, DC. The FEMA/Acquisitions Operations Division/Mitigation Section intends to award a single time-and-materials type contract fro these services. See the attached Standard Form 1449 for additional details.
