- Wage Determinations Performance Work Statement (PWS) The Minnesota Army National Guard intends to award a contract for coordination support for the Camp Ripley Sentinel Landscape (CRSL) program. The project will coordinate the implementation of the first three years of the CRSL program by promoting complementary land management practices and programs of the USDA, DoD, USDOI, other federal agencies, state agencies, MNARNG, local units of governments, NGO's, private partners, and local landowners. Please see the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for project details. Award will be made to the vendor offering the best value to the Government based on price, technical specifications and past performance.
