- Required features for hospital auto call system. SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS Keller Army Community Hospital (KACH) located at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point (USMA) intends to issue a sole-source contract to Microlog Corporation to provide an upgrade to their Automated Call Distribution (ACD) System. USMA is issuing this synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify additional potential parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement. We are looking for sources who can provide an upgrade to the existing Microlog/Phoenix Teledata ACD system. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 334210. Alternatively, USMA and KACH will accept responses from companies with comparable products to the Microlog/Phoenix Teledata system. Please use the attached "features list" to determine whether or not your alternate system includes the required attributes. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; and 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort (completed "features list"), with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the above-listed services are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by Tuesday, September 13, 2016; at 11:00am Eastern.
