This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This acquisition is being conducted using simplified acquisition procedures outlined in FAR Part 13. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) - see attached for the full RFQ document including terms and conditions. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for verified SDVOSBs on Vetbiz.gov See attached RFQ for line items and quantities - vendors are instructed to submit an itemized quote. See tailored instructions to offerors found in section E.1 of the attached RFQ. The VA reserves the right to award to other than the lowest priced offeror - see attached RFQ document's evaluation provision. Responses are due 9/15/2016 at 11:59pm CST.
