Description

The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a non-competitive purchase order to the Northern Cheyenne Tribe, Solid Waste Department, PO Box 128, Lame Deer, Montana, 59043-0128, for clinic and residential waste disposal services at the Northern Cheyenne Service Unit, Lame Deer, Montana. The Solid Waste Department, is a locally and Tribally owned entity. The procurement will be conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures; 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements; and FAR 37.101, Non Personal Service Contract. The IHS anticipates the award of a fixed-price purchase order for the period October 1, 2016, through September 30, 2017, including four (4) option years. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
