Description
The Government has a basic requirement for a quantity of 100 each, NSN 1730-01-250-9737BA, Part Number 17G230005-1, Aircraft Engine Cradle with three options for an anticipated firm fixed price contract. Each option will have a quantity range of 1-3 each. The Government owns the data rights for this acquisition. The basic requirement includes First Article, Test Plan (1 LO), Tooling Report (1 LO), and a Test Report (1 LO). For testing of the first article and the production the Government will furnish a m aintenance p latform (1 each); NSN: 1730-01-301-3320. A Government engineer and Boeing Rep shall be notified 20 days prior to First Article Test to witness the testing. All data for this weapon system is considered EXPORT CONTROLLED. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the Request for Proposal (RFP). All responsible Small Business sources may submit a proposal to be considered by the contracting agency. The Government will utilize the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), Excluded Parties List System (EPLS), and other Government databases to determine contractor status before evaluating proposals. The proposal will be evaluated based on criteria stated in the RFP. It is anticipated that the RFP and all attachments will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities webpage ( http://www.fbo.gov/ ) on 23 September 2016 with an estimated response due date of 14 November 2016. No questions will be taken or answered prior to the release of RFP package.
