- CLINS ARE IDENTIFIED IN THE ATTACHED EXCEL SPREADSHEET This combined synopsis/solicitation, F9J0FW6146A001, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005 57 effective March 7, 2012. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The NAICS code is 333316 and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. Quotes must stay valid until September 30, 2016. CLINS ARE IDENTIFIED IN THE ATTACHED EXCEL SPREADSHEET FOB: Destination for all CLINS. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. The clause at FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal, is applicable to this solicitation. When quoting an or equal item, please provide literature on product specifications and all salient characteristics of the or equal item.
