This is a combined synopsis /solicitation for (commercial items), ULTRASONIC CLEANER, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is VA-244-16-Q-1709 and it is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-82. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339113 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees. The VA Medical Center WILKS-BARRE, PA has a requirement for the commodities listed in the attached RFQ. All items will be delivered to the Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center 693, 1111 East End Blvd, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711 Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price to the Government. Please read the entire solicitation. Offerors are responsible for all terms, clauses, and conditions contained therein. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines.
