- Brand Name or Equal RFQ Brand Name or Equal SOW This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Multi-user Hospital Grade Breast Pumps. This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is for brand name or equal commercial items and prepared utilizing FAR part 13 procedures in conjunction with FAR part 12.6 procedures. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. HM0476-16-T-0035 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The result will be a firm-fixed price (FFP) order. The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) has a requirement for thirteen (13) Multi-user Hospital grade Breast Pumps. This requirement will be awarded using Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources. This requirement is 100% small business set-aside. Quotes from Other than Small Businesses (OSB) shall not be considered. All vendors must propose the NAICS code 423450 with a size standard of 200 employees as specified in the solicitation.
