- Description
- Limited Sources Justification for PAID Master Return & VATAS Interfaces. The current action for modification 042 addresses the requested VA requirements for the following changes to the PAID Master Return (PMR) file and VA Time and Attendance (VATAS) file: •PMR oSending only transaction records that have been processed by the Defense Civilian Payroll System (DCPS) oMultiple transactions records of employees that occur in one day will be sent rather than the top row transaction oMultiple transaction records of employees will be sent when the SSN of an employee is corrected oMultiple transaction records of employees will be sent when an appointment is terminated and a pseudo SSN is replaced with a valid SSN oOnly employees with active transactions will have records sent •VATAS oSending only transaction records that have been processed by DCPS oEnabling VA administrators to update the entitlement string via the HR•Smart interface. The interface requirements, design, development, testing and deployment and implementation of this requirement will be done on a Time and Materials basis continued under contract line item (CLIN) 1011. The operations and maintenance portion of this requirement will be added as fixed price increases to the existing optional operations and maintenance line items (3001-8001). The funded increase for this modification 042 is $617,961.00
