Experience: A minimum of 20 years as a real estate appraiser producing narrative appraisal reports. Past Performance: The Government will evaluate past performance information to assess the level of performance risk associated with the offeror's likelihood of success in performing the requirements stated in the solicitation. Currency and relevance of the information (as determined by the Government), the source of the information, context of the data and general trends in the contractor's performance may be considered. Price: Offers price proposal will be reviewed reasonableness for the work required for the solicitation. Description: The appraisal report shall conform to standards established by the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Standards (USPAP) and the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (UASFLA, aka Yellow Book); and the requirements of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 4601 et seq. (the Uniform Act); Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Regulations for Federal and Federally Assisted Programs, 49 C.F.R. Part 24.
