- Draft PWS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number for this effort is F1S0BB6214B001. This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-89 (effective 15 Aug 2016) and DFARs Change Notice (DPN) 20160811 (effective 11 Aug 2016), AFAC 2016-0603 (effective 03 June 2016). (iv) The product code for this effort is V221. The NAICS code is 481219 and the size standard is $15,000,0000. This effort is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. (v) Contract Line Items: See page 6 of Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement, for CLIN details. (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired. Please reference attached PWS for more detail. (vii) Delivery/Performance is at multiple locations- Date: TBD See attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for more details. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1. Technical Acceptability 2. Price Technically acceptable offers must meet all requirements in the attached Government PWS. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable proposal. Please reference the attached evaluation criteria.
