Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information and Technology (OI&T), Service Delivery and Engineering, Enterprise Operations (EO) intends to award a firm fixed price sole-source contract to Serengeti Systems Incorporated for software package 3770/C (v3.6.0.29) LINK Client for MS HIS Sever on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g. urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization. The justification for this noncompetitive solicitation is due to Serengeti Systems Incorporated is the sole supplier. The NAICS code for this procurement is 511210 Software Publishers with a size standard of $38.5M. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and no solicitation will be issued.
