Description
FA4661-16-Q-0118 Solicitation - Attachment 2 Wage Determination FA4661-16-Q-0118 Solicitation - Attachment 1 Statement of Work FA4661-16-Q-0118 Solicitation The contractor shall provide for an annual inspection and preventative maintenance on the Kidde T-500 Structural Fire Trainer located in the Structural Fire Training Facility (SFTF) on Dyess AFB. The contractor shall comply with manufacturer's recommendations and procedures. The person performing the inspection, must be certified to conduct inspection and maintenance on a Kidde Fire Trainer. The Contractor will also be responsible for providing all necessary supplies, materials, equipment, tools, parts, transportation, personnel, qualified labor, supervision and management. The following inspection and preventative maintenance procedures will be conducted: -Check the operating performance of all fireplaces and make adjustments as required. -Clean and/or replace all filter elements. -Inspect all fans and blowers and lubricate all bearings. -Inspect all pilot spark igniters and replace as required. -Inspect the fuel control station and make adjustments as required. -Clean the fuel control station inlet strainer. -Inspect and calibrate all gas detection assemblies. -Inspect and adjust all smoke generators. -Inspect the Programmable Logic Controller battery and replace as required (as per Kidde requirements) -Check/Confirm latest PLC Ladder Logic is installed (updates performed as required). -Clean all equipment cabinets, check for signs of corrosion and damage. -Visually inspect pipe for signs of damage and corrosion.
