- Sources Sought SOUND ISOLATION PRACTICE BOOTHS SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, IL This is a request for information only. This is not a request for quote/proposal and there is no solicitation package available at this time. The United States Air Force, 375 Contracting Squadron, Scott Air Force Base, IL is seeking sources to provide sound isolation practice booths. Scott Air Force Base is conducting market research to determine the availability of businesses capable of providing all equipment, supplies, transportation, and other items to Scott Air Force Base. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 512240 and the small business size standard is $7.5 Million. Description of Requirement The Contractor shall provide all equipment, supplies, transportation, materials, and other items necessary to provide the requirement for sound isolation practice booths. The contractor shall provide the requirement according to the standards in the subsequent contract. Performance Requirements This project requires the manufacture, delivery and installation of 7 Soundproof Music Practice Modules. The dimensions of 2 of the Soundproof Music Practice Modules will be 11'11" x 9'5". The dimensions of 3 of the Soundproof Music Practice Modules will be 6'11" x 6'11". The dimensions of 1 of the Soundproof Music Practice Modules will be 6'11" x 5'8". The dimension of 1 of the Soundproof Music Practice Modules will be 8'2" x 6'11". The Soundproof Music Practice Modules will be delivered unassembled, and the price of both the delivery and the assembly is included in the contract. This project also requires the removal of the 6 old Soundproof Music Practice Modules. Vendor shall provide all incidentals necessary for installation, e.g., installation hooks, brackets, etc. Adhesives, fasteners, nails, etc. shall be furnished by the vendor. The Vendor shall collect all trash, debris, refuse, garbage, etc., which they generate and remove it from the site. No dumpsters shall be required. Vendor shall remove all debris off-base on a daily basis. Contract Type 375 Contracting Squadron is anticipating a firm fixed price contract.
