- Notice of Intent for Sole Source The U.S. Army Medical Command, Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, Fort Carson Health Contracting Cell, intends to issue a sole source award to Omnicell, Inc., a large business, under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501 (a)(1)(iii) to purchase Windows software system upgrades for the Omnicell systems located at William Beaumont Medical Center and outlying clinics, El Paso, Texas. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811219, and size standard $20,500,000.00. This contract will be a one-time purchase and delivery with initial install/system test on/or about 1 October 2016. This notice is not a request for proposal. Any firm that believes they can provide the stated equipment and system install/testing can provide supporting documents demonstrating their firm's capability and product specifications within 10 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for information provided. Responses received shall be considered for this and future acquisitions.
