The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office/NCO7 has a requirement for IV solutions. This requirement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside affording to all small business concerns that can provide the solutions. This requirement will be solicited as Firm-Fixed price on fbo.gov on or around September 9, 2016 in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, responses received within three (3) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any quotation/response should be emailed to Contract Specialist: thomas.mcdonel@va.gov by close of business 12 September, 2016.
