Description

The Richard L Roudebush VA Medical Center (RLRVAMC), located at 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis IN 46202 is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Pressurization Critical Rooms to be tested, adjusted, and balanced by a National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) Certified Testing Adjusting Balancing (TAB) Contractor for a period of November 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017 with four (4) additional one (1) year options periods to be exercised at the Government discretion. All work is to be performed in accordance with the guidelines established by Federal, State, and local ordinances. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to Small Business (SB) Concerns. Offers from other than SB concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Solicitation packages will be available on or about September 9, 2016. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.fbo.gov. All questions will be answered via Solicitation amendment. Questions are due no later than September to the Contracting Officer. Quotations are due no later than 12:00 PM (EST) on September 16, 2016 at Network Contract Office 10 (NCO10), 8888 Keystone Crossing, Suite 1100, Indianapolis, IN 46240. NAICS 238220 applies.
