- Fillable Excel Bid Schedule. All offerors must submit a completed excel bid schedule with their proposal Solicitation # SP450016R0013 This solicitation is for the servicing, pumping, containerizing, transportation, and on-site disposal of bulk liquids for various Naval activities in the San Diego/North Island CA area. The solicitation will result in a single award, firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. The contract will have a 30-month base period and a 30-month option period. The solicitation will also include FAR 52.217-8. This procurement is 100% Small Business set-aside. It is the offerors responsibility to thoroughly read and understand the solicitation in its entirety. Offerors are also cautioned to read the Notes to Offerors in the solicitation. Only electronic proposals will be accepted. PWS and Bid Schedule will be included in solicitation.
