- Responses to RFC's from final RFQ. Amendment to posting dated 9/09/2016 to include final RFC responses from FINAL RFQ posting. In addition, this serves as a reminder to check this posting daily in the case of any updates. As a reminder, the quotation responses are due 09/19/2016 at 10AM EST. Amendment to Posting dated September 7, 2016 This amendment serves to provide the Final documents for solicitation, the RFQ, Attachments 1-4 and 6-7 (Attachment 5 to follow on 9/9/16), and the answers to all RFC's to date. The RFQ attached reflects in yellow the changes that were made to existing, and one additional section, Section 12.1.2 in regards to facility clearance. August 29, 2016 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice/Request For Quotation (RFQ). Quotations are being requested in response to the attached RFQ DJF-16-0800-PR-0008287. The RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations.
