- JOFOC Notice of Intent for sole source award for extended maintenance support for the following end of life IBM products: Rational Requisite PRO V7.1 on distributed operating systems. The IRS Procurement Office intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order under FAR Part 6.302-1 to IBM. This notice is not a request for quote/proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated services can provide supporting documents demonstrating their capabilities and authorizations/certifications. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to Brian Carper, Brian. M.Carper@irs.gov. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
