Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) hereby issues the final Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Engineering Services and Science Capability Augmentation (ESSCA) requirement. Industry questions may be submitted in accordance with Provision L.11, Communication Regarding this Solicitation. Proposals are due October 24, 2016 in accordance with provision L.16, Due Date for Receipt of Proposals. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541712, Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering and Life Sciences (except Biotechnology) with a size standard of 1,250 employees. The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable. The Center Ombudsman can be found at http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/pub/pub_library/Omb.html. It is the Offeror's responsibility to monitor FedBizOpps for the release of amendments (if any). Potential Offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
