- PR Number: 65347932, FSC: 7045, Nomenclature: Cartridge, Programmable. Sole Source to Calculex Inc. (0D6N8) P/N 0510009. DLA Troop Support I looking to place a Calculex Inc. (0D6N8) Programmable Cartridge (NSN 7045-01-605-6442) under contract (one-time buy). The quanitty is 100 EA. The Government does not possess the requisite techical data required to solict competitive offers. Delivery wiil be CONUS. The delievry will read 90 days. FOB Origin and Inspection & Acceptance at Destination is required. Subject solicitation will be issued as Unrestricted. Procedures in FAR Aprt 13.5 and 15 will apply to the subejct solciation. Number notes 22 and 26 apply. All responsible soures may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. He acquisiton is not subject to the requirements fo the Trade Agreements Act of 1979.
