Description

THE U. S. GOVERNMENT GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION SEEKS LEASE SPACE IN DOTHAN, AL AMOUNT : 3,619 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of office and related space with 6 surface parking spaces. LOCATION : First Consideration will be given to historic properties and locations within the Central Business Area (CBA) of Dothan, AL with the following boundaries: North : Honeysuckle Rd. South : Ross Clark East : Hwy 84 West West : Wesley Way If none are available, non-historic properties will be considered in the CBA. Consideration will also be given to the incumbent lessor. REQUIRED : The Government requires a fully serviced, warm lit shell inclusive of supplies, and utilities as part of the rental consideration. Tenant improvements are not required to be performed by the offeror. Space offered cannot be located next to day-care facilities, schools, or a fire station.
