- A site visit has been scheduled for this project. A site visit will be held on September 14, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. CDT. A briefing will be held in the 301 CONF conference room located at 1776 Carswell Ave, NAS Fort Worth JRB, TX. All interested parties must submit names of attendees along with their company's name to robert.staley@us.af.mil and yvette.todtenhoefer@us.af.mil NLT 5:00 p.m. CDT on September 13, 2016. NAS/JRB Fort Worth is a secure military installation. Visitor Access is limited only to the Main Gate via Visitor Center to NAS/JRB Fort Worth. Visitors are subject to security screening and background check. In order to access NAS/JRB Fort Worth please submit the first and last name of individuals, and company name, to POC's listed below. Company representatives' information will be forwarded to the Visitor Center to expedite access. Please plan accordingly, as it may take up to two hours for base access. CAUTION: PLEASE HAVE NAMES EMAILED IN ADVANCE TO ENSURE ACCESS. (Please send all names of representatives that you believe may attend.)
