- DRAFT QASP DRAFT PAST PERFORMANCE QUESTIONNAIRE DRAFT PRICING SHEET DRAFT PWS DRAFT ADDENDUM (EVALUATION CRITERIA) DRAFT ADDENDUM (INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFORERS) DRAFT RFP THIS IS A DRAFT SOLICIATION. THE FINAL SOLICITATION SHOULD BE POSTED NLT 14 SEP. The Office of Diversity Management and Equal Opportunity (ODMEO) Disability Programs provides leadership and strategic guidance to Department of Defense (DoD) is seeking administrative support for the Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP) and DoD Mentoring Program. The requirement is seeking Contractor support to provide general analytical, technical, administrative, and marketing support for disability programs and initiatives of the ODMEO. Contractor tasks relate to the annual preparation and conduct of the WRP, particularly two DOD related activities that are part of the WRP: an ongoing recruitment and referral program and an annual mentoring program. Duties include, but are not limited toprogram coordination, design and creation of databases, assistance and support for the WRP website (www.wrp.gov), maintenance and modification of existing databases, data collection and entry, program evaluation and analysis, and preparation of reports, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.
