- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. S16PS00033 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89-1. NAICS code 518210 is applicable. Department of the Interior (DOI) Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) is requesting proposals for the following: Item No. 00010Cruse ST LED CS 295 Synchron Table Fine Art Scanner Quantity: 1 EA Amount: $ ____________________ OSMRE intends to procure 1 each Cruse ST LED CS 295 Synchron Table Fine Art Scanner 56" x 96" with 60" x 100" Copy Board to include LED Option and Vacuum Board. OSMRE will trade in its Cruse 220 ST Scanner that is currently being utilized for a buy back discount on the CS 295. The CS 295 is to be shipped FOB Destination with Inside Delivery. Proposal shall also include all labor, tools, accessories, and other expenses incurred to assemble, install, and train OSMRE National Mine Map Repository staff located at Three Parkway Center, Pittsburgh PA 15220. Proposals shall be returned via e-mail to lgashel@osmre.gov no later than 2:30 PM on September 19, 2016. FAR 52.212-1, Instruction of Offerors - Commercial Items is hereby incorporated by reference. FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items is hereby incorporated by reference. FAR Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items is hereby incorporated by reference. Additional clauses cited in 52.212-5 that apply to this acquisition are: 52.222-50, 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.223-15, 52.223-16, 52.225-1, 52.225-13, 52.232-33, 52.214-35. Offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov) to be eligible to receive award. Award shall be made to the lowest priced offeror.
