- N6660416Q3269 - CDRL(S) and Block 16 Addendum Request For Quote (RFQ) In accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(13) a Synopsis is not required. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport, RI (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Sole Source Requirement on an unrestricted basis to Northern Defense Industries (NDI), Inc. The NUWCDIVNPT Office for Small Business Programs concurs with the determination. The work to be accomplished in this requirement requires unique knowledge of and access to proprietary sonar data. Only the original manufacturer or their US representative is capable of doing this work. All timely responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. Offers must be submitted in accordance with the attached Request for Quote (RFQ).
