- Description
- The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, materials, appurtenances, equipment, shop facilities, supervision, tools, staging, scaffolding, mechanical lifts, and any other items necessary to provide the installation of the Ventilation System. All work shall be in accordance with this SOW and these specifications. The Contractor shall install a Keeptheheat 'Or Equivalent' Air -to -Air Ventilation Heat Exchanger in the Abiquiu Maintenance Building at the Abiquiu Lake Project Office, located at 4731 Highway 96. The Maintenance building is approximately 44,268 Cubic Feet of inside space. The Maintenance building is 62 Feet in Length, 42 Feet in Width and 17 Feet High (Measurement is from the middle of the Floor inside the building to the highest point in the ceiling, the ceiling is a pitched roof).The edges of the inside of the building measurement from the floor to the roof is 10 feet. This ventilation system will remove stagnate air while maintaining heated air inside the building. This ventilation system shall have an Air-to-Air Heat Exchanger which will keep the heat inside of the building instead of exhausting it outside. The electrical hookups for the ventilation system (On/Off switches for each fan) will not be provided by the contractor for the installation. The electrical portion of the ventilation system which is powered by either 115,208-230, 1 phase or 230/460 3 phase, will be the responsibility of the Abiquiu Lake Project Office
