Description

J&A W91YTZ-16-T-0398 W91YTZ-16-T-0398 The Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC) Contracting Cell, Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic (Provisional) Fort Bragg, NC 28310, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a "Sole Source" contract to Veterans Healthcare Supply Solutions, Inc., 13949 Alvarez Road, Suite 300, Jacksonville, FL 32218 for a 12 month lease of the NOVADAQ Spy Elite Fluorescence Angiography system for Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued and is expected to result in the award of a firm-fixed price contract. The resulting award will be made on SF 1449, for commercial services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. All responses must be received by 15 September, 2016, 8:00 AM EST.
