Description

VA Northern Indiana Health Care System (VANIHCS) will be soliciting offers to remove, dispose and replace mold contaminated duct work at the Fort Wayne Campus, Fort Wayne, IN 46805. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and supervision to remove, dispose and replace mold contaminated duct work; and furnish and install new grilles, diffusers and duct wrap insulation in Building 5. Request for Quote (VA-250-16-Q-0591) will be issued on or around September 9, 2016. Anticipated award date is September 19, 2016 with performance to begin within three days after date of award. No telephone requests will be honored. The government is not responsible to make available paper copies. Questions must be submitted in writing to the contracting officer. Offerors are encouraged and are responsible for routinely checking the web site for any solicitation amendments that may be issued throughout the bid period. No individual notification of amendments will be provided. Offer due date and time will be included in the solicitation document. This is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The NAICS code for this requirement is 562910. The size standard is $20.5 million.
