- Description
- 1. The Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden intends to competitively award a firm fixed price non-personal service contract to provide initial intake and customer service to all community members requesting ACS services and program support for all assigned Soldiers, civilians and family members with a period of performance for 12 months plus One (1) 12 month option starting on or about 25 September 2016. 2. Contract is for a period of one year plus one (1) 12 month option starting from date of contract award. 3. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) W912CM-16-T-0054 will be issued on or about 9 September 2016. 4. The contractor shall comply with the Contractor Manpower Reporting (CMR) which is required on fiscal year basis (from 01 Oct to 30 Sep of the following year) for contract work done within that period. Report is due not later than 31 Oct of each fiscal year or earlier if contract expires before 30 Sep. Final contract payment shall be withheld pending completion of the CMR. Note that failure to comply with this requirement is grounds for contract termination. 5. The RFQ and any amendments will be posted to the Army Single Face to the Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business Website www.FedBizOpps.Gov. 6. IMPORTANT: Bidders/Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) data base at the time of submission of Offers.
