- Draft Performance Work Statement The US Army Corp of Engineers, Portland District, CENWP-CT-S, Portland Oregon 97204 intends to issue an oral Request for Quote (RFQ) for weed abatement, broadcast spraying services needed for 141 acres at for the Willamette Valley Project (WVP) at the Fern Ridge Lake and Dorena Lakes in Lane County, Oregon in 2016 and 2017. This is a performance based contract that is part of the Integrated Vegetation Management program intended to limit the environmental damage to public lands caused by invasive species and providing protection for endangered species, native plant communities and restoration projects from the harmful effects of invasive plants. This solicitation will be a total small business set-aside under NAICS 561730 with a size standard of $7,500,000. The Government anticipates awarding One (1) Firm-Fixed-Price Services contract for 2016. Interested parties shall request an RFQ by email from the contract specialist listed in this notice. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency. The RFQ will be available on or about 13 September 2016. A draft performance work statement (PWS) is attached to this notice.
