Description

VA242-16-Q-0974 RFQ Amendment P00001 The Department of Veterans Affairs) is soliciting offers under Request for Quote (RFQ) Number VA242-16-Q-0974 to perform the work to furnish bulk road salt to The Lyons VA Medical Center located at 151 Knollcroft Road, Lyons, New Jersey 07939-5001. Please see the Statement of Work entailed within this solicitation for a complete breakdown of all required deliverables for this requirement. Contractor will furnish all labor, materials equipment and supplies necessary to perform the services entailed within the solicitation. This acquisition implements a 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). The NAICS Code is 212399; Size Standard is 500 employees. Offers received from concerns that are not SDVOSBs shall not be considered. SDVOSBs must be verified for ownership and control and listed in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov prior to the due date for proposals. (See Provision 852.219-10 VA Notice of Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside.) The actual RFQ Amendment document will be posted as an attachment and will have more accurate information within the FFQ document, to ensure all contract data is clear and concise.
