- Subject: Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Regional Health Contracting Office - Central (RHCO-C), Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, Texas intends to award a sole-source supply contract to incumbent Roche Diagnostics Corporation to Histology Analyzers, Dyes, and Reagents Testing instruments, reagents, and stains for the Histology Laboratory at the San Antonio Military Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, TX. Vendors submitting capability statements must be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver, install, calibrate and validate entire system by 01 Oct 2016. The sole source Purchase Order will be issued as a three (3) month base, plus one (1) three month option period. Period of performance is 01 October 2016 through 31 March 2017. The NAICS code of this procurement is 325413, In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing and the size standard is 1,250 employees. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers.
