- SF 18 - Request for Quotations This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis/Solicitation N00178-16-T-0210 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a brand name basis the following software published by Primate Labs, Inc.: One (1) Geekbench Pro 3 Source License which includes updates to the source code for 12 months. In order to measure the performance and establish a method of comparing various configurations of the proposed hardware/software products, tests that benchmark the computing speed and efficiency are required. Geekbench Pro 3 provides the widest range of performance evaluation data. No other products can provide all of this evaluation data, is compatible and experienced with Linux, and can provide source code updates. Please include shipping/freight cost to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. You must be an authorized reseller to quote. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Quote is due 16 September 2016, no later than 12:00 p.m. EST with an anticipated award date by 30 September 2016.
