Description

The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Fujifilm Medical for rental of Gastrointestinal (GI) endoscopes for the Edward Hines VA Hospital, Hines, IL. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2)-only one responsible source and no other vendor will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. Justification and approval will be posted.
